We upskill our client services representatives, empowering them to manage on average eight service providers per relocation. From assignment initiation to service delivery, we provide assignees with one K2 Corporate Mobility contact per region, working behind the scenes to manage services through our outsourced partner network. 

One bid summary

By combining local, specialist service providers with K2 Corporate Mobility’s subject knowledge, we compile three package options for each relocation, for our clients to review and select from. Our bid summary model is fully independent and only features quotations from vetted partners- nothing but exceptional service. We will provide an impartial service recommendation based upon the values and culture of our clients, and manage the package of their choice.

One invoice

By providing one invoice per relocation, we can ensure that our costs are transparent and accountable, reducing administration for our clients. We fit our invoicing model to the needs of our clients, supporting single or consolidated invoicing, and providing instant copies via Ascent.
